FACT meets virtually each month to plan engaging webinars and community events to share timely transition information to families and individuals with disabilities. Meeting participants consist of visitors, members, and voting members who must meet an annual meeting attendance requirement. If you would like to join us in our mission, please attend one of our monthly meetings to learn more about what we do.
PEATC's Transition University Series
Join PEATC for this FREE 5-session SELF-PACED online course that focuses on providing parent-friendly information to help make transition planning easier. This course is designed for parents/caregivers of elementary, middle, or high school students that receive special education services, and the professionals that support them. The goal is to share factual information on transition services and to help make the transition from school services to the adult services world less confusing.
